7:30am Saturday – PIYO w/Bethany

*1 hour high intensity, low impact class that combines strength and stretching into a total body workout!

9:00am Saturday – Total Body Conditioning w/Renee

*45 minute low impact, full body conditioning/strength class, with limited loading on the joints and most of which will take place on the floor.

5:45am T/Th – Low Impact/Active Recovery w/Brenton

*35 minutes of movement, balance, body strength and stretching all combined into continual movement and work!

5:30pm Th – Low Impact/Active Recovery w/Amanda

*35 minutes of movement, balance, body strength and stretching all combined into continual movement and work!

What Is The Garage

How do you reach your goals? With 2 things...consistency and variety! Move your body, watch what your putting in your body, and I do this consistently.

The Garage online workouts, classes, personal training sessions, and nutrition training will give you a variety of different ways to be consistent. When you can't make it to a class or a session, do a garage workout online. If you need the accountability and the encouragement of other like minded people, go to a class or schedule a personal training session.

Consistency is key to success and variety is the way that you'll get there! Janna, featured here in this video, is down 27 pounds, 20 plus inches and 10 percent body fat lost in 6 months.
