BOOTCAMP TRAINING
Duration: 25 minutes
Price: $10 per class (SIGN UP & PUNCHCARD)
Needed: Towel and water bottle.
Class: This is a Cardio and Strength workout based around circuits, time & reps. The class will use ropes, sandbags, tires, boxing and TRX along with weights and bodyweight exercises to challenge the body in new ways each week.
**PLEASE: Arrive 10-15 min. early for instruction.
YOGA
Duration: 1 hour

Needed: Towel, water bottle, and please bring your yoga-mat if you have one.
Class: Our all-levels yoga class focuses on balance, strength, mobility and stretching using a variety of yoga poses. Learn how using the breath can help you de-stress and release tension.
