Initially I met with Amanda for my 16-year-old daughter. She is an athlete, but needed to get into better shape and learn more about nutrition from someone other than “mom”. Immediately we both felt a connection with Amanda! First of all – she is “real”. She is down to earth, has great energy, a wonderful sense of humor and very knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition.
So we both started training with her. That was over 1 year ago and we are still going strong. We are so blessed to have her in our lives.
I have been working out for over 25 years – having been through several diet and fitness fads. I was in decent shape when I started with Amanda, but I soon learned I had never been challenged or motivated to 100%. At age 50, I am in the best shape of my life and for the first time have muscle definition and am able to run a full 3 miles! At age 50 I can continue to enjoy snow skiing and water skiing with my husband and 2 teenagers; take my dogs running; do yard work and gardening; and physical labor on the farm. I have reached a level of fitness I never thought I could achieve. I feel so much better emotionally and physically, and my outlook on life is much more positive!
Amanda’s workouts are fun, challenging and best of all – only 30 minutes! Amanda has kept me accountable to working out and eating healthy. Amanda is always encouraging and continually changing my workout to challenge me. When I get bored with my diet – she has new ideas. Plateaus are a thing of the past!
As for my daughter – Amanda has been a great role model, big sister and friend! Not only has Amanda helped her with fitness and nutrition, she has helped her improve self-confidence. Amanda’s support and involvement has far surpassed my expectations. Amanda’s amazing attitude, guidance and focus has truly improved my mind, body and soul. Thank you Amanda!
